Fitted by a qualified Engineer, the system uses ultra-sonic waves to monitor your oil level and transmits the information wirelessly to a phone, tablet or computer.

We offer a variety of delivery options to best suit your needs, priding ourselves on a dependable and professional delivery service. Our friendly drivers are highly trained to complete deliveries safely and efficiently, always treating your home with their upmost respect.
The green way to have your heating oil delivered!
By choosing our sustainable delivery option, you’re helping us fuel change by reducing our truck movements and therefore lowering our carbon emissions. With a longer delivery window, we can amass orders in similar locations so that they are delivered together, and in turn reduce our truck miles and carbon footprint. You can expect delivery within 2 weeks of your order being placed. However, our service level agreements can vary during busy periods.
Standard delivery is free of charge, and delivery will be completed on any day within the given delivery window. Our standard delivery window can vary during busy periods, but we always endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible usually within 7 working days.
Deliveries can be made between 7am and 4:30pm (approximately).
We offer express delivery options for when you need your oil quickly. We recognise that if you’re low on oil, you don’t want to be without heating or hot water for long.
Our service level agreements can vary during busy periods however we can often deliver same day or next day when required ,depending on delivery location. Please note that our express delivery option does incur a fee.

What kind of heating oil do I need?
WP Group offer three types of heating oils:
Our Kerosene complies with BS2869 class C2 specifications, meaning we can guarantee that our heating oil is high-quality.
How much heating oil should I order?
The minimum quantity that can be ordered is 500L and domestic tanks typically range in size from 1000L to 2700L. It’s best to order as large a volume as possible, as the price is dependent on how many litres are ordered. However, every household is different, we advise you to check your oil tank gauge to see how much oil your tank requires prior to placing an order.
How do I know when to reorder my heating oil?
It is better to order your heating oil when your oil tank gauge indicates that the oil level is lower than a quarter (25%). Installing a smart monitoring can help you monitoring your oil usage efficiently. Avoid waiting until your tank is nearly empty to place a new order, as sometimes unpredictable weather can cause delivery delays. Heating oil is generally cheaper in warmer months, try to stock up in the summer and make sure you’re prepared for the winter season.
What payments options do you offer?
There are multiple ways to pay for your heating oil. When ordering for the first time, payment details are required when the order is placed, however nothing is charged to your card until after delivery.
*’Direct debit’ and ‘Spread the cost’ will not be available to new customers on their first order, but it can be set up thereafter.

How should I prepare for my heating oil delivery?
To ensure a safe and effective delivery, please make sure that our drivers have easy access to your oil tank. Leave the gate unlocked or let the driver know how to access to your oil tank in advance, and make sure there is no obstructions impeding access to the roads or pathways leading to your oil storage tank.
